Description
Zayed National Museum is a prominent cultural institution located in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. It is dedicated to preserving and showcasing the rich heritage, values, and legacy of the late Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, the founding father of the UAE. The museum serves as a lasting tribute to his visionary leadership, deep-rooted commitment to the nation, and enduring contributions to the development of the Emirates.
The museum's design is inspired by the wings of a falcon—a symbol closely associated with Emirati heritage and Sheikh Zayed’s personal interests. Once completed, it will house a wide array of exhibits that explore the history, culture, and natural environment of the UAE, as well as Sheikh Zayed’s pivotal role in unifying the nation. Through immersive displays, rare artifacts, and educational programs, the museum aims to inspire a deeper understanding of the country’s past, its rapid transformation, and its aspirations for the future.
