Our Value
Our involvement led to a strategic realignment of the operations department, which recommended that it solely focus on managing the master community and public and common assets that serve the existing structures. This sharp focus resulted in significant cost-saving of operational costs by 80%.
We evaluated the existing development agreements as an impractical projection for full-site development. We recommended accelerating this process by opening development to the market and restructuring the phasing to prioritize areas that directly impact the master community.
One key innovation was our suggestion to repurpose an underutilized sewage treatment plant. Built for future capacity, it was underused in its current state. We transformed it into a sustainable fish farm, turning a potential cost sink into a productive asset.
The combined approach of refining phasing, restructuring the massing strategy, re-envisioning operations, and refreshing the town centre concept resulted in a holistic revamp of their feasibility model.
